The Sweet News — March 2015

Recently, I attended the Ann Arbor Conventions & Business Bureau’s annual breakfast. The meeting detailed the past year’s successes and the future goals of the Bureau. As you know their main goal is to keep visitors coming to the area, occupying hotels, shopping, dining and discovering what we already know — Michigan is a great place to visit and live!

In an effort to achieve their goals, they shared a new and exciting program at the breakfast, the Ann Arbor-Ypsilanti Certified Tourism Ambassador Program.

The Program provides training to front-line employees and community volunteers to learn more about their community and share it with visitors and residents alike. With the ultimate goal of making their experience one they wish to repeat time and again!

To learn more about this impactful program, please visit CTAnetwork.com to discover how you could become an ambassador or assist in creating an Ambassador program in your community!
